Kairion limits website data handling to the information needed to answer requests, operate product verification, protect the service, and remember your language preference.
Information we process
Depending on how you use the website, the following information may be processed:
- Contact-form details you choose to provide: name, reply email, organization, area of interest, subject, message, and selected language.
- The six-character product code submitted to the authenticity registry.
- Limited technical data needed for security and rate limiting, including a protected representation of the requesting IP address and a temporary verification session.
- Your language selection, stored locally in your browser so the site can keep your preference.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver and respond to your message, return an authenticity result, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and display the site in your chosen language. The website does not use contact-form data for automated profiling.
Storage and disclosure
A submitted contact request is sent as an email to the Kairion team and may remain in the receiving mailbox until it is deleted through normal business handling. Short-lived rate-limit records are stored outside the public website directory. Information may also be processed by hosting, email, or verification infrastructure strictly to provide those services, or disclosed when required by law.
Product verification
The verification page does not ask for your name, email, telephone number, or payment details. It submits the code you enter and uses a strictly necessary session cookie to limit automated or excessive requests.
Your choices
You may use the public pages without submitting the contact form. You can clear the saved language preference through your browser storage controls. To ask about a message you submitted or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact Kairion through the contact page.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when website practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
